This project is concerned with the procedures by which the courts ordinarily review the legality of actions or omissions of agencies of government. Its focus is on the prerogative writs of certiorari, mandamus, and prohibition, and on the use of injunctions and declarations as a means of controlling government action or inaction. This procedural body of law has grown to be very complicated and in need of reform.
