The focus of this project is on defects in the Powers of Attorney Act. The version of the act in force at the time of this project had a number of problems, including poor drafting, uncertain scope, and confusion over policy goals. This project considers the elements of a new Powers of Attorney Act and extending the act to cover all agency relationships.
