UK Law Commission Publishes Consultation Paper on Adult Social Care Law

The UK Law Commission is today publishing a consultation paper on Adult Social Care.This paper sets out the Law Commission's provisional proposals for thereform of the law relating to adult social care, with the objective of providing a new coherent legal structure.
