In 2008 the British Columbia Law Institute and the Canadian Centre for Elder Law will jointly publish the first issue of this academic, peer-reviewed periodical focused on legal issues affecting the elderly. The Journal's advisory committee is international in membership and the first issue of the publication will feature articles from leading professionals from around the world working in this diverse area of law.
