  • Unincorporated Nonprofit Associations Project

    22 August 2008 The International Law Reform Group (ILRG) in conjunction with the Uniform Law Conference of Canada and law reform agencies in the United States and Mexico has completed the first-ever cooperative Canadian/American/Mexican law reform project with our group completing the Canadian common law segment of the law reform project. Kevin Zakreski presented the Canadian common law Report to the annual conference of the Uniform Law Conference of Canada in Quebec City in August 2008.    Read More
