Today is the last day to respond to the public consultation for the Consultation Paper on Common Property, Land Titles, and Fundamental Changes for Stratas. We’ll keep the surveys open for both the full consultation and the summary consultation until 12:00 midnight.

The Strata Property Law (Phase Two) Project Committee plans to begin its review of responses to this consultation in March. It hopes to be in a position to publish its final report on these issues by late spring.

The Consultation Paper on Common Property, Land Titles, and Fundamental Changes for Stratas is the fifth and final consultation paper in BCLI’s Strata Property Law Project—Phase Two. The committee thanks everyone who responded to this consultation paper and the four that preceded it: the Consultation Paper on Terminating a Strata, the Consultation Paper on Complex Stratas, the Consultation Paper on Governance Issues for Stratas, and the Consultation Paper on Insurance Issues for Stratas. The responses it has received to all these consultation papers have been an integral part of the process of creating final recommendations in this project.
