A study being carried out by researchers at Thomson Rivers University is asking for people who have used the Civil Resolution Tribunal’s services to provide comments on their experience. As the study webpage notes:

We are independent academic researchers based at Thompson Rivers University. We’re not part of the Civil Resolution Tribunal or the BC justice system. We’d love to hear from anyone who has used the Civil Resolution Tribunal to help with their own legal problem, including if you just used the Solution Explorer to get information about your problem.

The study also encourages “lawyers or advocates who helped someone else use the Civil Resolution Tribunal for a problem they were having” to participate.
