Entitled “A new lease on life for a moribund law,” the article by Kevin Marron discusses the challenges of working with an Act described by one lawyer as “the Da Vinci Code of B.C. statutes.” The article includes quotes from committee chair Richard Olson as well as other leading British Columbia commercial leasing lawyers.
