Government of Canada forms advisory committee on the charitable sector

Late last week, the Canada Revenue Agency announced the formation of a new advisory committee on the charitable sector. Strata Property Regulation amendment clarifies deposit-insurance requirements

Yesterday, amendments to the Strata Property Regulation were announced that deal with deposit insurance for strata-corporation funds. BC Ministry of Labour launches consultation on Employment Standards Act changes, prominently mentions BCLI Report

The BC Ministry of Labour gave prominent mention to the BCLI Report on the Employment Standards Act in a proposal paper for a consultation that it began today on changes to the Employment Standards Act.
