New members named to the real estate council

Yesterday the Minister of Finance for British Columbia announced the appointment of nine new members to the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Among the appointments is a new council chair: Robert D. Holmes is appointed as chair of the council. Holmes brings a wealth of legal expertise to the council, having worked as a litigation and arbitration lawyer for more than 32 years. BC Supreme Court orders restoration of common property to state before unauthorized changes made, appoints administrator for deadlocked duplex strata property
