CCEL Brief to the House of Commons Standing Committee on the Status of Women

The House of Commons Standing Committee on the Status of Women is currently conducting a study on intimate and domestic violence in Canada. The CCEL submitted a brief to the committee discussing the unique barriers older women face and outlining the complex support needs of older women. Parentage committee continues examination of rules for parentage of children conceived by sexual intercourse

The Parentage Law Reform Project Committee continued its review of part 3 of the Family Law Act at its February 2022 meeting.
